“India से Global Level तक Education Sector में बड़े बदलाव — Admissions, Teacher Training और New Courses से बदलेगा Academic Future”

 

1) UK & UNESCO Report: Youth Participation और International Education Trends

एक नई UNESCO report ने विश्व शिक्षा प्रणाली में youth participation in decision-making (युवा भागीदारी) की कमी को उजागर किया है। रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि विश्व भर के संस्थानों में छात्रों का निर्णय-प्रक्रिया में शामिल होना अभी भी बहुत कम है, जबकि शिक्षण, पाठ्यक्रम-निर्माण और नीति-निर्माण में युवाओं की आवाज़ को अधिक महत्व दिया जाना चाहिए। UNESCO का कहना है कि student voices के बिना नीति-निर्माण sustainable education की दिशा में बाधित हो सकता है।

इसके अलावा global education landscape में कुछ encouraging trends भी देखे जा रहे हैं — जैसे कि World University Rankings 2026 में Asian universities की मजबूत उपस्थिति। इस year विश्व-स्तरीय रैंकिंग में कई भारतीय और Asian विश्वविद्यालयों ने अपनी positions को बेहतर बनाया है, खासकर law, social sciences और interdisciplinary fields में।

ये reports globally student engagement, institutional quality और academic performance के महत्व को रेखांकित करती हैं, और संकेत देती हैं कि भविष्य में शिक्षा नीति में student feedback mechanisms और inclusive councils को और मजबूत किया जाएगा।

2) Delhi Nursery Admission 2026-27: First Merit List Out

दिल्ली के स्कूलों ने Nursery / Kindergarten / Class-1 के लिए 2026-27 का पहला merit list जारी कर दिया है। लगभग 1.25 लाख बच्चों के नाम इसमें शामिल हैं, जिनमें confirmed admissions और waiting lists दोनों की सूची देखी जा सकती है।

इस admission phase में parents और guardians को official school websites या noticeboards से merit list download करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। यह प्रक्रिया काफी competitive होती है, क्योंकि दिल्ली में prestigious private और government schools में enrollment एक बड़े demand वाले academic step के रूप में देखा जाता है।

Admission officials ने कहा है कि tie-breaking policies, sibling preferences और randomized draws के आधार पर final allotments तय होंगे, और सूची में शामिल बच्चों को सुनिश्चित admission notifications school principals द्वारा भेजी जाएंगी।

3) CBSE Teachers के लिए Capacity-Building Programmes शुरू

CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) ने जनवरी 27 से teacher capacity-building programmes शुरू कर दिए हैं, जो 12 फरवरी 2026 तक Gujarat में आयोजित होंगे।

ये workshops Sahodaya School Complexes के साथ मिलकर आयोजित की जा रही हैं और इनका उद्देश्य है skill-based education और vocational learning को classrooms में प्रभावी ढंग से integrate करना। विशेष रूप से Classes 6 से 8 तक के लिए NCERT के Kaushal Bodh Activity books का उपयोग कर teachers को सीखने-सिखाने के नए तरीकों से अवगत कराया जा रहा है।

CBSE ने स्पष्ट किया है कि इन programmes के certificate mandatory training requirement के रूप में valid होंगे, बशर्ते proper records schools द्वारा maintain किए जाएं। इससे teachers की professional growth को मदद मिलेगी और NEP 2020 के continuous development agenda को भी boost मिलेगा।

4) Lucknow University’s Integrated B.Ed Programme Launch

Place: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India

Lucknow University ने एक नया 4-year Integrated B.Ed programme लॉन्च करने की घोषणा की है — जिसमें undergraduate degree और Professional B.Ed qualification दोनों एक ही course में शामिल होंगे।

यह innovative pathway traditional 5-year path की तुलना में one year जल्दी पूरा होता है, और graduates को secondary/senior secondary teaching jobs के लिए eligibility देता है। Programme को NEP 2020 और NCTE guidelines के अनुरूप बनाया गया है और इसमें skill development, classroom practice और field training पर focus किया गया है।

Early exit options के तहत students एक वर्ष के बाद certificate, दो वर्ष के बाद diploma और तीन वर्ष complete करने पर bachelor’s degree प्राप्त कर सकते हैं, और चार वर्ष पूरे करने पर पूर्ण Integrated B.Ed प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

5) Gurgaon में Mission Buniyaad की सफलता

छात्रों में foundational learning को बढ़ावा देने वाला Mission Buniyaad programme हरियाणा स्तर पर significant progress दिखा रहा है। Gurgaon ने state assessment में third rank हासिल की है, और 1,637 students अगले phase के लिए qualify किए गए हैं।

Mission Buniyaad का लक्ष्य mathematics, science, language competencies को बेहतर करना और talented students को आगे की academic opportunities देना है। Sector 4/7, Kadipur और Garhi Harsaru जैसे स्कूलों के students ने district में सबसे अच्छी performance दिखायी।

शिक्षा अधिकारियों के अनुसार एक Mission Buniyaad residential centre भी 2026 में Gurgaon में खोला जाएगा, जिससे rural और semi-urban students को hostel facilities और focused academic support मिलेगा।
